摘要
目的观察分析经根管使用派丽奥治疗牙周牙髓联合病变(PECL)的临床效果。方法选取本院牙周牙髓联合病变患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者经根管与牙周袋途径使用派丽奥进行治疗,对照组患者常规根管消毒后经牙周袋途径使用派丽奥进行治疗,对比观察两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后牙周探诊深度及松动度优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对PECL患者使用派丽奥经根管封药治疗,能够有效改善其牙周状况,具有更为理想的临床效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Periocline after root canal treatment of PECL. Methods 120 cases of dental pulp periodontal syndrome patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group after root canal and periodontal pocket approach using Periocline for treat ment, the control group with routine root canal disinfection after periodontal pocket approach using Periocline treatment. Results The observation group treatment of PD and mobility than the control group, P 〈 0. 05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The PECL combined with Periocline after root canal treat ment, can effectively improve the periodontal status, has a more ideal clinical effect.
