摘要
目的 评价 2 %盐酸米诺环素糊剂局部应用辅助治疗重度牙周炎的临床效果。方法 用随机、单盲、自身对照的方法研究 2 %盐酸米诺环素糊剂于牙周袋内置药辅助牙周基础治疗的效果 ,以单纯基础治疗为对照 ,观察基线、第 2周及第 5周菌斑指数 (PlI)、牙龈指数 (GI)、牙周探诊深度 (PD)、牙周附着水平 (AL)、龈沟出血指数 (SBI)及用药后反应。结果 第 2周和第5周PlI、GI、PD、AL、SBI较基线时均有改善 (P <0 .0 1) ;实验组第 5周较第 2周除PlI略有反弹外 ,其余指标皆进一步改善 ;在两个观察时段实验组较对照组在GI、PD、AL及SBI方面 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,但PlI两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;未发现用药后不良反应。结论 2
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of subgingivally administering the 2% minocycline-HCl ointment as the auxiliary treatment of severe chronic periodontitis. Methods A randomized,blind,split-mouth study was designed. Following initial therapy 2% minocycline-HCl onitment was administered into the periodontal pocket of treatment sides at baseline and week 1,but the control sides had no drug. Standard clinical indices (including PlI, GI, PD, AL and SBI) and response to ointments were evaluated at baseline, week 2 and week 5. Results Indices of both groups showed significant improvement(P<0.01)on week 2 and week 5 compared with baseline.In test group, all indices improved significantly at week 5 except PlI. Sides treated with minocycline ointment always produced statistically significantly greater reduction (P<0.01) of GI,PD,AI and SBI than the control sides, but PlI of the two groups showed no difference(P>0.05). No side-effect had been found after administered ointments. Conclusion Administration of the local drug delivery system of 2% minocycline-HCl ointment as the auxiliary treatment of severe chronic periodontitis could get good clinical results.
