摘要
目的探讨不同的手术方式治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法将本院2011年1月至2013年1月收治的80例前列腺增生的患者按照手术治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用开放式手术治疗,治疗组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后的前列腺症状评分(IPSS)评分、最大尿流率(Qmax)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生创伤小,并发症少,术后恢复快。
Objective to investigate the curative effect of different operation methods in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 80 benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 January were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the different operation of methods, the control group was given open operation treatment, and the treatment group was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate, curative effect was compared between two groups. Results The op eration time, bleeding volume, postoperative complications, hospital stay in the treatment group were signifi cantly less than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Prostate symptom score （IPSS） score, maximum urinary flow rate （Qmax） between the two groups were no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Transure thral resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is small trauma, fewer complica tions, faster postoperative recovery.
