摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术对良性前列腺增生症临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009-2011年期间在胜利石油管理局胜利医院进行治疗的48例良性前列腺增生症患者的临床资料,总结其治疗前后国际前列腺症状的评分、最大尿流率、生活质量评分、膀胱残余尿量等。结果痊愈20例(41.67%),显效14例(29.17%),有效8例(16.67%),无效6例(12.50%)。患者在国际前列腺症状的评分、最大尿流率、生活质量评分、膀胱残余尿量等评测上都有较好的表现。结论经尿道前列腺电切术对于治疗良性前列腺增生症是一种较好的治疗方式,应该在临床中推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the transurethral resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 48 patients with benign prostatic hyperp[asia from 2009 to 20]I in our hospital were choiced, their clinical datas before and after treatment were analyzed retrospectively, including international prostate symptom score, maximum flow rate, quality of life score, residual urine volume. Results 20 cases（ 41.67%） were cured, 14 cases（29.17%） were markedly effective, 16 cases（33.33%） were effective, 8 cases（16.67% ） Have a better performance in the evaluation of patients in international prostate symptom score, maximum flow rate, quality of life score, and residual urine amount. Conclusion The transurethral prostatectomy surgery is effective for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, it is worthy of popularization.
