热休克蛋白27、70在老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白27(heat shock protein27,HSP27)和70(heat shock protein70,HSP70)在老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学染色,检测老年性白内障晶状体前囊膜102例(其中皮质型36例,核型35例,后囊下型31例),正常人5例晶状体上皮细胞中HSP27、HSP70的表达。结果 HSP27、HSP70在老年性白内障和正常人晶状体上皮细胞中表达有显著性差异,老年性白内障组各亚型间HSP27、HSP70的表达也有显著性差异。结论 HSP27、HSP70可能在老年性白内障的发生、发展中起重要作用,且在皮质型、核型、后囊下型白内障发生的作用机制可能不完全相同。 Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and 70 (HSP70) in the epithelial cell of the age-related cataract lens. Methods The expression of HSP27 and HSPT0 in the epithelial cell of the age-related cataract lens (102 cases) and normal lens (5 cases) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of HSP27 and HSPT0 in the epithelial cell of the age-related cataract lens were significantly higher than normal lens, and significant diffetence were found among the 3 groups of the age-related cataract lens. Conclusion HSP27 and HSP70 maybe play an important rote during the formation and development of age-related cataract, the mechanism are maybe different among corical cata- ract, nuclear cataract and subcapsular cataract.
