摘要
通过对液压支架典型零件的焊接工艺性,以及国内外焊接机器人工作站在箱形结构件焊接的使用情况分析。选用控制轴数为19轴的由三向机械行走系统配合2台焊接机器人及一回转轴并带升降倾斜的变位机组成的焊接机器人工作站应用于液压支架顶梁、掩护梁等类结构件盖面焊缝的焊接。
