摘要
液压支架结构件目前多采用Φ1.2 mm焊丝焊接,焊接效率难以满足机器人自动化焊接的要求。对机器人使用Φ1.6 mm焊丝在不同的焊接参数下的焊缝成形、力学性能以及焊接效率等方面进行研究,并与Φ1.2 mm焊丝进行对比分析。结果表明,机器人使用Φ1.6 mm焊丝在焊接电流为440~520 A区间内,焊缝成形良好,几乎没有焊接飞溅,焊接接头力学性能均能满足要求,其中焊接电流在480~500 A区间的接头力学性能最优,而且焊接电流500 A的条件下焊接接头金相组织符合预期,性能优良,焊接效率比Φ1.2 mm焊丝提高36.3%。
The welding wire of Φ1. 2 mm is usually used to welding hydraulic support structures. However,the low efficiency is hardly to meet the robot welding. The weld appearance,mechanical properties and welding efficiency of the robot welding with the welding wire of Φ1. 6 mm were studied at the different welding parameter. The experimental results show that the welding seams have good appearance,less spatter,and the high mechanical properties at the welding current of 380-460 A. In addition,the weld seams by the current in 420-440 A have the best mechanical properties,and the welding efficiency is 48% higher than that with the welding wire of Φ1. 2 mm at the welding current of 440 A.
