New strategies for ischemic cerebral injury therapy: promoting angiogenesis and neurogenesis

摘要 缺血性脑损伤病因及发病机制仍不完全清楚。目前促进血管新生和神经再生在其发生和发展中的作用日益受到关注。本文综述了近年来关于促进血管新生和神经再生的研究进展,旨在为将来研发缺血性脑损伤治疗药物提供新策略。 The etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic cerebral injury are complicated and unclear, and recently promoting angiogenesis and neurogenesis becomes more and more important. This article summarizes the development of promoting angiogenesis and neurogenesis, which aims to provide a new strategy for subsequent development and application of the drug for ischemic cerebral injury therapy.
