摘要
目的探讨儿童细菌性肺炎的病原菌具体分布及耐药情况。方法本次的研究对象均为近两年间来我院进行治疗的1326例细菌性肺炎患儿,对于患者相关资料的调查均使用《儿童细菌性肺炎调查表》,呼吸道分泌物标本的采集于患者将口腔清洁后采用一次性吸痰管负压吸取。对所有的研究对象均进行药敏试验。结果本次检出的病原菌在所有的研究对象中所占的比例为14.93%,G-菌所占的比例为63.95%,G+菌所占的比例为36.05%。将相同的细菌株构成比在2011年及2012年中进行比较分析发现,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。就居于前5位的细菌株的耐药率在2011年及2012年两年中进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ESBLs菌在本次研究中3种G-杆菌的检出率为36.13%。结论细菌性肺炎的耐药性表现得非常明显,研究中也具有较高的产ESBLs菌检出率,我们应该在早期对其进行药敏试验,以期达到临床上对于抗菌药物的使用更为合理正确的最终目的。
Objective To investigate the pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance situation of specific bac- terial pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 1326 cases of bacterial pneumonia were selected in our hospital nearly two years, we investigated the related information of all patients with the "Questionnaire bacterial pneumonia in children", specimens collected from patients with respiratory secretions of oral cleaning were used a sputum aspirator vacuum aspiration. Drug sensitivity test were did in all the patients. Results The detection of pathogenic bacteria in the ratio was 14.93%, the proportion of G- bacteria was 63.95%, and the proportion of G~ bacteria was 36.05%. The same bacteria strain ratio in 2011 and 2012 were compared, the difference was not signifieant(P 〉 0.05). There were significant differences in the first 5 columns of bacteria resistance rate between 2011 and 2012 years (P 〈 0.05). The detection of the ESBLs producing strain of 3 bacterial strains was 36.13%. Conclusion The expression of drug resis- tance of bacterial pneumonia is very obvious, the detection rate of ESBLs producing bacteria have high research, we should drug sensitivity tests are carried out on it in the early, in order to achieve the clinical use of antibacterial drugs for more for the ultimate goal of correct and reasonable.
