摘要
我国医学研究生教育长期存在着基础医学与临床医学脱节的问题,将转化医学的理念引入到我国的医学研究生教育中,改变传统医学研究生教育模式,在确定培养目标、探索培养模式等方面进行有益的尝试,有利于复合型医学人才科研创新能力的构建。
Medical postgraduate education in China has a long-term gap between basic medicine and clinical medicine. Introduce translational medicine to the concept of medical postgraduate education in order to change the mode of traditional medicine postgraduate education. Beneficial attempt to determine the training objectives and to explore training mode is conducive to the construction of the research and innovation capacity of interdisciplinary medical personnel.
