摘要
医学是一门实践性很强的学科,要求医学教育不仅要重视基础理论教育,更要重视临床实践能力的培养。目前,我国医学院校对医学研究生培养存在着"重智轻能"的问题,尚需深化改革。文章试图探索建立一个能够提高医学研究生临床实践能力的新策略,使之适应现代医学模式,能够面向未来,为社会培养急需的高级医务人才。
As medicine is a kind of much more practical subject, medical education is requested not only to the basic theory education but also on the clinical practical capacity training. At present, as the result of the situation of~＇stressing intellectual development and neglecting capacity training＂ in medical colleges, the education scheme should reformed. A new strategy is proposed to improve the clinical practical capacity in medical postgraduates and it will adapt the modem medical model to cultivate talents responding to the society＇s needs.
