摘要
钾是作物生长必需的大量营养元素之一 ,作物缺钾时其体内会诱导产生异常的代谢活动 ,这些活动又因作物种类及品种不同而不同。钾与植物高蛋白含量有密切的相关性 ,缺钾胁迫下植物蛋白质代谢会发生一系列的变化 ,如某些蛋白质合成受阻 ,也有可能诱导产生新的蛋白质———应激蛋白。本文综述了钾素研究取得的主要成果并讨论在现代生物化学技术日益发展的情况下 。
Potassium is one of the essential nutrition elements to crops. When crops are deficient in potassium, abnormal mechanism will be induced which is different in species or breeds of crops. This article reviews the chief research achievements of the research on potassium nutrition. Techniques for further research on potassium nutrition are also discussed under the condition of modern biochemistry technology being improved.
