缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗产后出血临床效果及其护理被引量：13

摘要目的探讨缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选取我科2011年6月～2012年6月间住院并经阴道正常分娩的产妇160例,随机分为缩宫素组(A组)40例、米索前列醇组(B组)40例及米索前列醇+缩宫素组(C组)80例。3组给药时间均为胎儿娩出后,A组胎肩娩出后立即静脉滴注缩宫素20u;B组胎肩娩出后立即口服米索前列醇400μg;C组胎儿肩娩出后立即静脉滴注缩宫素20u并口服米索前列醇400μg,临床观察3组分娩后2h内阴道出血量。结果观察3组产妇产后2h内出血率,其中C组效果最优为2%,其次B组(13%),A组产后出血率最高(33%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗产后出血效果优于单用缩宫素及米索前列醇组。
