摘要
目的探讨葛根素与复方丹参注射液联合治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法 160例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组、葛根素组、复方丹参组和联合治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,葛根素组、复方丹参组和联合治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用葛根素、复方丹参注射液或两种药物联合治疗,连续给药2周。治疗前后,采用ELISA法检测血浆D-二聚体和C-反应蛋白水平,记录卒中量表(NIH-SS)和BI指数。结果经析因设计方差分析,治疗后第七天和第十四天,联合治疗组血浆D-二聚体和C-反应蛋白浓度均显著低于另外3组(均P<0.05);治疗后3个月,联合治疗组NIH评分均显著小于另外3组(均P<0.05),联合治疗组BI评分均显著大于另外3组(均P<0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液和葛根素之间有正性协同交互作用,联合应用可以更好地促进脑梗死患者的神经功能恢复。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of puerarin combined with compound salvia injection on neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS 160 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided to control group,puerarin group,compound salvia group and combined treatment group,which had 40 cases respectively.Control group received ordinary therapy,and puerarin group,compound salvia group and combined treatment group received ordinary therapy and additional puerarin,compound salvia injection or double combination treatment.Pre-treatment or post-treatment,plasma C-reactive protein and D-dimer concentrations were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and NIHSS and BI scores were recorded.RESULTS Using analysis of variance for factorial design,at day 7 and 14 post-treatment,plasma C-reactive protein and D-dimer concentrations were obviously lower in combined treatment group than that in other three groups（all P 0.05）.At 3 month post-treatment,compared with other three groups,NIHSS scores were obviously lower and BI scores were obviously higher in combined treatment group（all P 0.05）.CONCLUSION There is a positive synergistic interaction between puerarin and compound salvia injection and their combination usage can better help to improve neurological function after cerebral infarction.
