摘要
通过介绍临床药师加强药品不良反应知识宣传及主动参与报告后,药品不良反应报告数量和质量改善的体会,提出由临床药师主动承担不良反应报告,充分发挥临床药师的专业优势,建立由临床药师主导的医院药物警戒体系。
This paper introduces the experience that quantity and quality of ADR reports were improved obviously after clinical pharmacists＂ publicizing and reporting ADR actively. It advises that clinical pharmacists undertake the ADR reporting initiatively and give full play to their professional advantages, and establish a pharmacist-led hospital pharmacovigilance system.
