摘要
蒺藜科植物蒺藜的主要化学成分为甾体皂苷、蒺藜多糖、生物碱和黄酮类等化合物.其中甾体皂苷类化合物具有广泛的生物活性,具有多种药理作用,对近十年来该植物中甾体皂苷类化合物的药理作用进行了综述,以为更好地开发利用蒺藜皂苷提供科学依据.
Steroid saponin, thistle polysaccharide, alkaloids and Isoflavone are the significant natural elements in Tribulus terrestris L. Steroid saponin has multiple biological activities and pharmacological functions. We have reviewed the researches on the pharmacological functions of gross saponin in Tribulus terrestris L. in recent ten years in an effort to provide theoretical basis for further application developments of gross saponin tribulus terrestris.
