摘要
以某W型压缩机的曲轴-滚动轴承系统为研究对象,利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS研究了压缩机从启动直至达到稳定转速这一动态过程的动力学行为。首先根据电动机的机械特性得到曲轴受到的转矩与转速间的关系曲线;再利用Hertz公式和超静定问题的解法(力法)推导出滚动轴承受力与变形关系的计算公式并得到数值解;最后分别在ADAMS中建立电动机-刚性曲轴-滚动轴承耦合系统动力学仿真模型和电动机-柔性曲轴-滚动轴承耦合系统动力学仿真模型,分别仿真求解并得到相应的动力学响应。所得到的结论对提高压缩机的动力学性能具有指导意义。
The dynamic behaviors of a crankshaft-roiling-bear- ing system in a W-type compressor are studied by ADAMS, which is a special software for dynamical simulation, from the startup to its stable speed. First, a curve between the torque and crankshaft an- gular velocity can be gotten according to the motor's mechanical output characteristics. Then, a statically indeterminate problem for rolling bearing is studied to obtain the formula between the applying load and the relevant displacement of the bearing, force method and Hertz theory are used to solve the statically indeterminate problem. The numerical solution is acquired; finally, the dynamical simula- ting models of the motor-rigid crankshaft-rolling bearing coupling system and the motor-flexibie crankshaft-rolling bearing coupling system are respectively buih in ADAMS. The simulation results are available to improve the dynamic performance of reciprocating com- pressor.
