摘要
将有限元法(FEM)和多体系统仿真(MSS)方法相结合,对车用柴油机曲轴系统进行多体动力学分析。并以一直列6缸4冲程柴油机为例,建立曲轴系统仿真模型。通过柔性多体动力学仿真计算,得出各主轴承在一个工作循环内的载荷变化情况,分析了曲轴在安装和运行状态下的扭转振动,将计算与实测扭振进行了比较。
An integrated method of the finite element method (FEM) and the multi-body system simulation (MSS) was applied to investigate a crankshaft system dynamics. A dynamic simulation model of a crankshaft system was developed taking an in-line, 6-cylinder, and 4-cycle direct injection diesel engine as an example. The simulation of crankshaft was implemented by the MSS program, in which the system was regarded as a flexible FEM structure. The main bearing oil film was idealized by linear springs and dash. The dynamic response of the flexible system, such as torsional vibration and loads in the journal bearings, were predicted from the simulation. Spectrum analyses were used in date processing. Verification of the simulating results was carried out by the comparison of the torsional vibrations obtained from the calculation and the measurement.
