摘要
目的:从理论与临床试验研究方面,探讨艾灸治未病的作用机理。方法:从艾灸治未病的渊源、临床应用及实验研究三个方面进行阐述。结果:治未病是中医学重要的理论体系,体现了"防患于未然""防微杜渐"的预防思想,而用艾灸治疗未病更是受到历代医家的推崇。灸法能提高人体正气,激发机体免疫能力,起到未病先防的作用,在预防医学的领域中有着举足轻重的地位。结论:艾灸对疾病的预防有着重要的应用研究价值。
Objective ： To study the effect mechanism of moxibustion treatment for preventive treatment of disease. Methods ： From the origin, clinical application and experimental study three aspects, this paper explained the effect mechanism. Results ： Preventive treatment in TCM reflects the thought of prevention being better than treating.Furthermore, moxihustion treatment for prevention has been highly praised by doctors of past ages.Moxibustion can activate human vital-qi and increase immunologic function of the organism, playing a preventive role for disease.It has very important position in the field of preventive medicine. Conclusion ： Moxibustion on the prevention of disease has important application value.
