摘要
目的研究三脉紫菀全草70%乙醇提取液的紫外可见光谱及总黄酮含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,用超声辅助提取、紫外-可见分光光度法测定了三脉紫菀总黄酮含量。结果三脉紫菀中总黄酮的相对百分含量为13.37%,精密度实验RSD为1.16%;卢丁对照品在0.013 75～0.220 0 mg/ml范围有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=9.926 1C+0.013,相关系数R2=0.999 7。结论该方法操作简便、结果可靠,能为三脉紫菀药用价值的开发及扩大资源利用提供科学的依据。
Objective The UV-Vis spectrophotometry of Aster ageratoides Turcz＇s 70% ethanol extract was investigate and the total flavonoids in Aster ageratoides Turcz was detected.Methods Total flavonoids were extracted from Aster ageratoides Turcz by ultrasound assisted method.With rutin as the reference substance,relative percentage content was detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry at 510nm.Results The percentage of total flavonoids in Aster ageratoides Turcz Was 13.37% and RSD value was 1.16%.Rutin reference substance showed good linear relationship within the range of 0.01375 to 0.2200 mg/ml（R2 = 0.9997）,the regression equation： A = 9.9261C ＋ 0.013.Conclusion Detecting the total flavonoids content in Aster ageratoides Turcz by UV Vis spectrophotometry was simple and reliable,which provided scientific references for the development of medicinal value.
