摘要
对废弃和停用的尾矿库进行闭库治理,可以确保尾矿库的长期安全稳定,其中尾矿库排洪构筑物整治是其重要内容。提出了尾矿库闭库后对原排洪系统进行全面封堵并新建永久性排洪明渠,同时将滩面整治成由内向外顺坡的理念,强调了闭库后零存水的原则,对比分析了排洪构筑物封堵与否对尾矿库闭库后安全性的影响,指出闭库时封堵原排洪系统的必要性,为尾矿库闭库设计及闭库管理提供了思路。
The closure management of abandoned and disabled tailing pond can ensure its security and stability for long time,and the handling of flood drainage facility is important part of tailing pond closure engineering. This paper presents an idea of plugging the original drainage facility totally and rebuilding drainage channel instead when it is closed, and the＂no water storage＂ principal is emphasized at the same time. The impacts of plugging or not plugging the flood drainage facility on closed tailing pond are analyzed. The study provides an idea for the closing design and the management of tailing pond.
