染色掺杂KDP晶体致色机理研究

摘要 利用水溶法生长了二甲基橙染色KDP单晶体,通过调整pH值在4.1,晶体Z轴垂直于底板,高温生长区与低温生长区所需降温速率分别为0.1℃/30 min和0.1℃/20 min,能够生长透明度较好、尺寸为130 mm×25 mm×18mm的粉红色KDP单晶体。实验结果表明:pH指明显影响晶体的外观质量,红外光谱分析表明引起晶体呈色与二甲酚橙中的CH3和CH2有关,退火处理的激发和发射光谱表明,100℃退火处理有助于晶体的颜色均一性。 Dye dimethylphenol doped KDP were grown by water-solubility method.By adjusting the pH values between 3.8 and 4.3,making the crystal's z axis perpendicular to the floor and controlling the cooling rate of the high temperature growth area and the low temperature growth area respectively be 0.1 ℃/30 min and 0.1 ℃/20 min,can grow better transparency,size for 130 mm × 25 mm × 18 mm pink KDP single crystal.The experimental results show that: the infrared spectrum analysis indicated that the coloration mechanism of crystal is related with CH3 and CH2 of dimethylphenol orange;the excitation of annealing process and emission spectrum shows that 100 ℃ annealing processing is helpful to the crystal color homogeneity.
