摘要
在西藏高原田间的测定表明,高原冬小麦光-光合速率响应曲线符合直角双曲线函数,其表观初始光能利用效率α平均为0.034μmolCO2/m2s(μmolphotons/m2s),只及内陆平原地区的约2/3。高原地区空气稀薄,CO2密度为平原地区的2/3左右,致使小麦叶片光能利用效率降低。
From practical measurement and calculation of the net photosynthetic rate of flag leaf of winter wheat in the field in Tibet Plateau, we got following the results. The light photosynthetic curve of flag leaf of winter wheat in Tibet Plateau approximates to a right angle hyperbola. Apparent quantum yield (AQY) was measured as 0 034μmolCO 2/m 2 s(μmol photons/m 2 s) and it was about two thirds of that in the east plain of China. The air is thin in Tibet Plateau, and the density of carbon dioxide is about two thirds of that in the east plain of China. These are the causes of low apparent quantum yield.
