改良Snodgrass手术治疗小儿尿道下裂23例 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价去皮双层肉膜蒂组织覆盖改良Snodgrass术治疗尿道下裂的疗效。方法对2011年3月至2013年1月,我院收治的轻中度尿道下裂患儿23例采用去皮双层肉膜蒂组织覆盖改良Snodgrass术一期尿道成形术的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果术后随访6个月～18个月,其中,3例出现尿道口狭窄,经尿道扩张后痊愈;2例出现尿瘘,于首次手术后6个月行尿瘘修补术,修复成功,术后阴茎外形满意,尿道口呈裂隙状。结论去皮双层肉膜蒂组织覆盖改良Snodgrass术,手术成功率高,术后阴茎外形满意,可有效防止术后尿瘘发生,适用于轻中度尿道下裂合并下弯畸形<30°的病例。
