摘要
研究了TaW12合金在锻造、温轧、冷轧加工下产生的缺陷和断裂行为。结果表明:在热加工过程中,表面层大量吸氧硬化。冷轧过程中的分层断裂、裂边与热加工产生的内裂纹和表层吸氧有密切关系。不合理的修磨方式还会引起轧制贯穿拉裂。断裂类型有韧断也有脆断,这主要是应力状态和自身硬化所致。
The defects and fracture behaviour of TaW12 alloy in forging, warm rolling and cold rolling were studied. The results show that the surface layer combined with oxygen can form oxidation laye and hardening in the process of thermal processing. The layered fracture and crack edge in cold rolling are also closely related with the internal crack and oxygen layer formation. Unreasonable grinding way can lead to rolling through the crack. The fracture types include ductile fracture and brittle fracture, which the mainly caused by stress state and its hardening.
