摘要
对Ta-10W合金所具有的优良特性、应用前景及制备方法进行了简要介绍。通过相关金相组织和力学性能的研究,确定了Ta-10W合金的再结晶退火温度:开坯挤压棒的再结晶退火温度为1 500℃;挤压棒经总变形率为78%冷变形后的再结晶退火温度为1 450℃。
Brief description is made of Ta-10W alloy good performances, future applications and preparation methods. Through study of the relevant metallographical structure and mechanical property,the recrystallization annealing temperature of Ta-10W alloy is determined as follows:1 500 ℃ for broken-down extrusion rod and 1 450 ℃ for cold deformed (78%) extrusion rod.
