摘要
基于计算机分析技术,利用Deform-3D软件分别模拟了压缩量和入模角对铜质筒形铸坯缩孔、缩松类缺陷整体去除的影响。对铜质滑阀套缩孔、缩松类铸造缺陷在塑性变形条件下整体去除进行了研究。通过比较坯料塑性变形前后的相对密度得出了不同条件下铸件缺陷消除的效果。
The influences of compression and die-entrance angle on the removing of shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity were simulated by using the Deforrn-3D software based on computer analysis technique. The entire removing of the cast defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity in the copper valve sleeve was researched during the plastic deformation condition. Through comparing the relative densities before and after the plastic deformation, the removing results of the defects under different conditions were obtained.
