摘要
以DEFORM-3D中多孔材料作为疏松材料模型,模拟了FM法拔长大锻件主变形阶段,通过四因素三水平的正交设计,分析了温度、压下率、砧宽比、摩擦因子四个因素对疏松结构的致密化过程的影响,确定了各因素对致密化影响的主次因素依次为:压下率、温度、摩擦因子、砧宽比。
Using the porous material in DEFORM-3D as loosen structure model, this paper simulated the main deformation satge of heavy forgings of FM method and analyed the impaction of four facors of temperature, height reduction, anvil ratio and friction factor, on densification process of loosen structre through the four-factor and threelevel orthogonal designning. It was concluded that the impaction order of each factor on the densification process is height reduction, temperature, friction factor, anvil ratio.
