摘要
目的:研究肺癌患者癌组织中EB病毒感染对基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP9)表达的影响及意义。方法:采用原位杂交法检测肺癌组织标本中EBV编码的小RNA(EBER1),免疫组化法检测MMP9的表达,GD-6多媒体彩色病理图像分析系统进行形态学定量,以图像的平均面积和积分光密度表示表达量的多少。结果:在108例肺癌癌组织中36例EBV阳性,阳性率为33.3%;MMP9阳性表达43例,阳性率39.8%。EBV感染可增加MMP9的表达率和表达量,但差异无统计学意义。结论:EBV感染与MMP9的表达无明显相关性。
Objective：To investigate the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus（EBV） infection and expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9（MMP9） in lung cancer tissues.Methods：In lung cancer tissues,EBER1 was detected with in situ hybridization,while MMP9 expression was analyzed by immunohistochemistry.The average area（AA） and integral optical density（IOD） of each sample was measured with the digital medical image analyzing system.Results：In 108 cases of lung cancer,36 were EBER1 positive and 43 were MMP9 positive.Though the expression of MMP9 was higher in EBV positive lung cancer tissues than that in EBV negative,no statistic difference was found.Conclusion：No correlation was found between EBV infection and expression of MMP9 in lung cancer tissues.
