摘要
目的分析结核分枝杆菌对利福平(RFP)和异烟肼(INH)的耐药情况,为结核病的防治、管理、制定控制策略提供科学的依据。方法采用WHO推荐的结核病耐药性监测的抗结核药物敏感试验比例法,对1 699例临床分离株进行耐药性测定。结果 1 699例结核分枝杆菌分离株中,耐RFP菌株112例,耐INH 165例,RFP的耐药率为6.6%,INH的耐药率为9.7%。在112例耐RFP中,INH同时耐药者83例,占RFP耐药株总数的74.1%;在165例耐INH中,RFP同时耐药者83例,占INH耐药株总数的50.3%。结论耐多药肺结核的诊断还是遵循同时进行抗结核药物RFP和INH药敏试验稳妥。
Objective To analyze the situation of drug - resistance to Rifampicin and Isoniazid in Mycobac- terium tuberculosis, in order to provide scientific basis for the epidemic control and management of drug - resistant tu- berculosis. Methods 1 669 TB patients were conducted to drug sensitivity experiments of Rifampicin and Isoniazid utilizing antituberculosis drugs sensitivity test ratio method recommended by WHO for monitoring tuberculosis drug re- sistant. Results In 1 699 cases of mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates, 112 were rifampin - resistance, 165 were Iso- niazid - resistance. The drug - resistance rates of Rifampin is 6.6% ,while of Isoniazid is 9.7%. Of 112 Rifampin - resistance isolates, 83 are also Isoniazid - resistance, accounting for 74.1% of the total Rifampin - resistant isolates. Of 165 Isoniazid- resistant isolates,83 are also Rifampin- resistance, accounting for 50.3% of the total Isoniazid- resistance isolates. Conclusion It is reliable to carry out RFP and INH drug sensitive test simultaneously in multi - drug resistant (MDR) diagnosis.
