摘要
该文研究了激素种类、处理浓度和时间及基质种类等对金叶风箱果硬枝插条生根的影响 .结果显示 ,插条的最适直径为 0 .5cm左右 ,用 10 0mg/LIBA处理 5min ,插条的生根率可达 82 .5 %以上 ;IBA处理的插穗须根多 ,效果比NAA好 ;扦插基质以蛭石为佳 ,基质温度为 2 0~ 2
The influence of different growth regulators and their concentrations, treatment time and cutting media on cutting propagation of \%Physocarpus opulifolius\% ‘Lutein’ were studied. The results showed: the optimal hardwood cuttings should be about 10?cm long and their diameters should be 0.5?cm. Rooting was maximized (82.5%) for cutting treated with 100?mg/L IBA for 5 minutes. An ideal medium for rooting cuttings was vermiculite and their temperature was about 20~25 ℃. The cuttings treated by IBA had more root fibrils than those treated by NAA.
