摘要
针对彩南油田污水中SRB腐蚀严重的问题,选取调储罐进口和300方污泥池两个水质差异较大的工艺点水样,分别考察了生物菌剂在不同HRT和不同浓度下对对应水质中SRB的抑制效果,初步评选出生物菌剂的矿场应用条件。在合适的生物菌剂的浓度下,HRT≥12h,彩南调进污水中的SRB可降低到10个/ml以下;HRT≥48h,彩南污泥污水中的SRB可降低到10个/ml以下。在合适的HRT下,当生物菌剂对彩南调进污水的有效作用浓度≥2500mg/L,对彩南污泥污水的有效作用浓度≥5000mg/L,出水中的SRB均满足注水指标。另外,该试验生物菌剂还可有效去除污水中的硫化物。
Be aimed at the corrosion serious problem of SRB in Cainan Oilfield sewage,selected samples of Cainan Oilfield of regulating tank inlet and 300 party sludge pool's,two quality in different processes,investigated the inhibitory effect of SRB biological inhibitors on corresponding SRB in water at different hydraulic retention time and different concentrations,preliminarily acquired the application conditions of oil field SRB biological inhibitors.Under the suitable concentration of biological agents,when HRT was≥ 12h,SRB in Cainan Regulating tank inlet sewage can be reduced to 10 a/ml;when HRT was≥ 48h,SRB in Cainan sludge wastewater can be reduced to 10 a/ml,too;Under the appropriate HRT,when the effective concentration of biological agents to Cainan Regulating tank inlet sewage was≥ 2500mg/L,and the effective concentration of biological agents to Cainan Sewage sludge was≥ 5000mg/L,the SRB of effluent all can meet the water injection index.In addition,the biological agents also can effectively remove sulfide in Wastewater.
