摘要
将油田采出水回注是一种提高原油产量经济、有效的方法。由于废水中含有大量有害的硫酸盐还原菌,它不仅腐蚀设备,而且还会造成土壤和环境危害。因此,在回注之前必须对硫酸盐还原菌进行处理达到回注的要求。通过采用紫外线实验、变频实验和紫外线、变频联合杀菌实验,并且对老的工艺和设备进行了改造,开发出了适合油田紫外线和变频式微电脑水处理器的物理杀菌工艺,使原来废水中含菌103个/mL减少到10个/mL,达到回注的要求。
Back injection of oil field production water is a economic and effective method to increase raw oil output.At its production,wastewater contains a large number of hazardous sulfate reduction bacteria,the wastewater not only corrodes the equipment,but bring about harm to soil and environment.Therefore,before back rejection,the wastewater containing the reduction bacteria must be treated to make the effluent reach the requirement of reuse.Through the experiment of wastewater treatment by UV rate,frequency conversion and UV-ffequency conversion combined sterilization respectively,and the technical reform,a physical sterilization process with UV and frequency conversion type computer water treatment devices is developed to make bacterium number in the wastewater decrease to 10 individuals/mL,reaching the requirement of wastewater back injection.
