摘要
目的探讨珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血(又称地中海贫血,简称地贫)孕妇红细胞平均体积(MCV)与红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的变化及意义。方法检测并比较26例α地贫孕妇、24例轻型β地贫孕妇、26例中间型β地贫孕妇及76例健康孕妇MCV及RDW水平。结果α地贫孕妇和中间型β地贫孕妇MCV、RDW水平与健康孕妇比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MCV、RDW检测可用于地贫筛查;孕妇MCV下降、RDW升高并排除缺铁性贫血时,应进行血红蛋白电泳分析。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of mean corpuscular volume （MCV） and red blood cell distribution width （RDW） in pregnant women with thalassemia （Thal）. Methods MCV and RDW were detected and compared between 26 cases of pregnant women with a-Thal, 24 cases with light 1-Thal, 26 cases with intermediate [3-Thal and 76 cases of healthy pregnant women. Results MCV and RDW levels in a-Thal and interme- diate 13-Thal were significant different with healthy pregnant women （P〈0.05）. Conclusion MCV and RDW could be used as screening indicators of Thal. Pregnant women with increased RDW level, decreased MCV level and with- out iron deficiency anemia should be detected for hemoglobin electrophoresis,
