介绍了单螺旋压榨脱水机的应用范围,包括制浆造纸工艺中的黑液提取、浆料浓缩,烟草行业烟梗浆、烟末浆的浓缩,废水处理厂的污泥脱水处理。生产应用表明,该设备具有脱水效率高,设备性能运行可靠和操作控制简便等特点。
The application scope of single screw dewatering machine was introduced. It not only can used in extracting black liquor but also in concentrating the pulp. In recent years, the equipment has been also used in the treatment of sludge in effluent treatment plants where there is great application potential. Furthermore the machine can also be used in tobacco field for tobacco stem and tobacco powder, pulping. These application experiences indicate the equipment has advantages including working stability, short dewatering time, high dewatering effi- ciency and easy operation.
