摘要
论文对政府信息公开和档案公开的联系与区别进行了详细的分析,其中,两者的联系有:客体具有同源性;公开的目的相同;具有相同的服务对象;在实践上存在衔接与互动。两者的区别有:客体存在差异性;公开时间规定不同;公开的法制理念不同;公开的执行主体不同;公开的救济不同。
