摘要
政府信息公开在一定程度上涉及相关公文内容的公开,而公文密级不明确加剧了公文信息"公开"与"保密"的矛盾,从而影响政府信息公开工作的顺利实施和健康发展。本文通过分析目前公文密级确定与标识存在的缺憾,对如何完善公文标密促进政府信息公开进行了探讨。
Government information opening relates to document content opening. The ambiguous of document secret level intensifies the conflict of opening and secrecy. And it also influences the actualization and development of government information opening. This essay analyses the shortcomings of document secret level＇s confirming and marking, and discusses on how to improve document marking secret and promote government information opening.
