摘要
利用三甲胺盐酸盐、环氧氯丙烷和十二烷基二甲基叔胺(DMA12)等原料合成了2-羟基-N1,N1,N3,N3-五甲基-N3-十一烷基丙烷-1,3-双氯化铵(HPUDC)。实验发现:80℃,中间产物3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲铵和DMA12的摩尔比为1∶1.5,反应7h时,HPUDC的产率可达62.8%,并以1 H NMR和IR验证了结构。以海上某油田水样为处理对象,评价了HPUDC针对硫酸盐还原菌的杀菌性能,结果显示:25mg/L时,其杀菌率为99%,明显好于1227和戊二醛;浓度小于25mg/L时,其杀菌率也优于相应的对称型双季铵盐乙撑基双(十二烷基二甲基)氯化铵。
A dissymmetric bis quaternary ammonium salt surfactant named 2 hydroxy-N1, N1, N1, Na , Na-pentamethyl-Na-undecylpropane-1, 3-diaminium chloride (HPUDC) was synthesized by using trimethy- lamine hydrochloride, epichlorohydrin and dimethyldodecylamine(DMA12). The structure of the HPUDC was confirmed by the 1H NMR and IR. The effects of different reaction conditions on the yield of the HPUDC were studied and it was found that the max yield was 62.8% when the reac- tion temperature was 800 ℃, n (3-chlorin-2-hydroxy propyl trimethylammonium chloride) : n (DMA12)=1 : 1.5 and reaction time was 7 h. The bactericidal performance of HPUDC used in one off-shore oil field water for sulfate reducing bacteria was also studied and the results showed that the bactericidal effect could be up to 99% at 25 mg/L. Its performance is much better than the 1227 and glutaraldehyde, which is also superior to the relevant symmetric his-quaternary ammonium salt surfac- tant, ethylene di(dimethyldoldecyl ammonium chloride), when the concentration is less than 25 mg/L.
