摘要
对N-烯丙基-2-烷基氯化吡啶盐GSn(n=10,12,14,16)的杀菌性能进行了研究,并与含有相同烷基链长度的N-正丙基-2-烷基氯化吡啶盐PSn(n=10,12)相比较.结果表明,GSn有很好的杀菌效果.例如对于金黄色葡萄球菌,GS12最小抑菌浓度值仅是PS12的1/30.
A series of N-allyl-2-alkyl-pyridiniums chloride GSn( n = 10,12,14,16) were tested to evaluate their anti-bacterial and anti - fungal properties. Parts of the results were compared to corresponding N-propyl-2-alkyl-pyridiniums chloride PSn(n = 10,12) ,which had the same alkyl chains. It showed that GSn had very good antimicrobial activity. For example ,the MBC of GS12 only equals to 1/30 of PS12 to staphylococcus aureus
