摘要
特发性肺间质纤维化原因不明,发病机制复杂,除了肺移植,目前尚缺乏有效治疗措施。新近发现5-羟色胺是一种致纤维化生长因子,与肺组织早期肺泡组织损伤、成纤维细胞灶形成及晚期细胞外基质沉积密切相关。深究5-羟色胺信号通路,不仅可进一步探讨肺间质纤维化发病机制,还可为新型抗纤维化药物的研发提供新的思路。
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a lung disease which has complex pathogenesis with unknown etiology. Currently, there is no effective treatment in addition to lung transplantation. Serotonin is a newly discovered growth factor, which is closely related to the early damage of lung alveolar tissue, the formation of fibroblast loci,and deposit of extracellular matrix. Reseaches on serotonin signal path not only can display the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis, but also provide a clue for,the research of new antifibrosis drugs.
