摘要
目的 观察原发性开角型青光眼 (POAG)眼压、视野与图形视网膜电流图 (PERG)q波幅值之间的关系。通过改变空间频率 (12 0′ ,6 0′ ,30′)选择青光眼电生理学诊断最佳刺激参数。方法 对 2 4例 (30只眼 )POAG病人进行眼压、定量静态视野及PERG检测。分析眼压、定量静态视野与PERGq波幅值关系。检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 眼压与PERGq波幅值变化呈负相关 ,定量静态视野缺损程度与PERGq波幅值变化呈正相关。高空间频率 (12 0′>6 0′ >30′)刺激在青光眼电生理诊断中异常检出率较高。结论 眼压、视野、电生理学等检查方法从不同侧面揭示青光眼视神经损害的程度 ,3种检查结果显著相关。电生理学检查技术可用于临床早期诊断青光眼。多种检查方法联合应用有助于早期诊断青光眼。电生理学检查技术在青光眼早期诊断中可以通过改变刺激条件提高诊断的敏感性。
Objective To investigate the correlation among int ra ocular pressure, visual field and the amplitude of PERG q wave in patients with p rimary open angle glaucoma (POAG), and select the most pertinent stimulant param et er in electro-physiology diagnosis of glaucoma through the change of spatial fr equency.Methods Twenty-four patients (30 eyes)with POAG were tested by intra ocular pressure、automatic static qualitative visual field and pattern reversal electroretinogram. The results were analysed with statistic method.Resul ts Intraocular pressure was negatively correlated with the amplitude of P ERGq wave. The degree of visual field defects were positively correlated with the amplitude of PERG q wave. High spatial frequency(120′) had a higher diagnos is rate of early POAG than low spatial frequency (30′、60′).Conclusion The prolongation of the PERG amplitude was closely related to the degree of damages of visual function in POAG. It suggested that examinat ion of PERG had critical role of the diagnose and, evaluation of therapeutic eff ect of glaucoma.
