摘要
目的 观察高眼压家兔眼压、视网膜神经节细胞超微结构改变与图形视网膜电流图 ( PERG) q波幅值、图形视诱发电位 ( PVEP) P1 0 0 波潜时变化的关系。方法 12只 ( 2 0只眼 )日本大耳白兔在黑白棋盘方格翻转图形刺激下进行 PERG、PVEP检测 ,得出家兔 PERG、PVEP正常参考值。甲基纤维素前房注射法制备高眼压模型 ,在高眼压状态下作 PERG、PVEP检测 (方法同前 )。断颈处死家兔 ,制备视网膜电镜标本 ,观察视网膜神经元超微结构改变。视网膜神经元形态学改变与电生理学检测结果作统计学分析。结果 高眼压家兔眼压与 PERG q波幅值呈负相关 ,与 PVEP P1 0 0 波潜时呈正相关 ;神经节细胞形态学变化与 PERG、PVEP变化幅度呈正相关。结论 高眼压家兔眼压、视网膜神经元形态学变化与有关电生理学指标变化存在相关关系 。
Objective To investigate the correlation among intraocular pressure, ultramicro structural changes in ganglion cells, the amplitude of ERGb wave and the latency of VEP 100 wave in rabbits with experimental intraocular hypertension. Methods The rabbits (twenty eyes) were tested by electroretinogram and visual evoked potential to establish a normal value of ERG、 VEP. Experimental intraocular hypertension was induced by injection of methyl cellulose into anterior chamber. Then intraocular pressure was measured after five days and then the rabbits were decapitated, the retina was separated for electronic microscopic examination. Results ①The normal values of the amplitude of ERGb wave and the latency of P 100 wave were: (101.20±13.68) μV, (90.70±2.10) ms. ②There was a negative correlation between intraocular pressure and the amplitude of ERGb wave, and a positive correlation between intraocular pressure and the latency of VEPP 100 wave. ③ The grade of severity in ultramorphologic changes in gangilion cells was negatively related to the value of ERG amplitude and positively to the value of VEPP 100 latency. Conclusion The results indicate that the electrophysiologic examination is very helpful in evaluation of the morphologic severity in intraocular hypertension. The severity of ultramorphologic changes in retina with intraocular hypertension is correlated with ERG and VEP.
