非对称翼型安装方式对H型风力机性能的影响 被引量:5

EFFECTS OF INSTALLATION METHOD OF ASYMMETRIC AIRFOILS ON PERFORMANCE OF H-TYPE WIND TURBINE

摘要 以DU06-W-200非对称翼型直叶片垂直轴风力机为研究对象,在风洞中对风力机模型进行一系列性能对比实验,研究叶片在正装和反装两种安装方式下,不同安装角、不同风速条件下的风力机气动性能。实验结果表明:对于非对称翼型,采用反装安装方式时风力机性能更好;且存在一个最佳安装角,使翼型反装时性能更好;安装角为4°时,风速为8m/s时反装状态功率系数比正装状态高出22%,风速为9m/s时则高出24%。 A series of comparative experiments of straight-bladed wind turbine with asymmetric airfoils DU06-W- 200 was conducted in a small low-speed wind tunnel. The performance of wind turbine was investigated in terms of two types of installation method, which were concave-in and concave-out configuration with different stagger angle and various wind speed. The experimental results show that for the asymmetric airfoils, the concave-out configuration can achieve better performance in comparison to concave-in configuration. There is an optimum angle at which the airfoil performs better if the concave-out configuration is used, and it' s 22% higher than concave-in configuration when the wind speed is 8m/s, as the wind speed increase to 9m/s, the former is 24% higher than the later.
