非对称翼型安装方式对垂直轴风力机性能影响的数值研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用滑移网格技术对非对称翼型正装与反装4°安装角状态下来流速度分别为8m/s和9m/s时的风力机工作情况进行了二维非定常数值模拟。利用输出转矩与给定转速计算得到风力机的功率,进而求得功率系数与实验值比较,结果说明在4°安装角时翼型反装能够很大程度的提高风力机的做功能力,在9m/s下功率系数可提高25%。通过流场分析得到翼型反装可缩小失速范围是功率系数提高的重要原因。 This paper has conducted two-dimensional unsteady numerical simulation of the performance of a type of straight-bladed wind turbine using sliding mesh technique with two wind speeds of 8m/s and 9m/s and stagger angle of 4 degree in terms of two types of installation method for asymmetric airfoil, which are concave-in and concave-out configuration. The power and the further power coefficient of the wind turbine are obtained by the output torque and the given rotational speed. The results have been compared with the experimental data, and show that the concave-out configuration can improve the ability of the power output for the wind turbine to a certain extent. The power coefficient can increase 25% at wind speed of 9m/s. Through the analysis of the flow field, it can be seen that the important reason of the rise of the power coef- ficient is that the concave-out configuration can reduce the region of the stall around the airfoil.
