摘要
目的了解脆弱类杆菌的肠道致病性。方法用分离到的脆弱类杆菌进行Vero细胞试验和CHO细胞试验。结果Vero细胞试验和CHO细胞试验不能检测出Vero细胞毒素和肠毒素。结论Vero细胞试验和CHO细胞试验不能检出Vero细胞毒素和肠毒素。
Objective To detect enterotoxin of Bacteroidis fragilis(B,f).Methods Vero cell and CHO cell assays were carried out on the isolated B,f. Results The enterotoxin could not be detected with Vero cell and CHO cell assays.Conclution The enterotoxin could not be deteced with vero cell and CHO cell assays.
