摘要
目的通过了解脆弱类杆菌 (BacteroidisfragilisB .f)在腹泻和正常儿童大便中的分离情况及相关临床资料的收集 ,初步探讨B f在小儿腹泻中的作用。方法参照陈聪敏等的方法对 2 13名腹泻儿童和 10 1名正常儿童进行B f分离鉴定。同一标本按国内常规方法 ,同时进行常见肠道病原菌的分离鉴定。结果腹泻儿童的B f分离率大于正常儿童 (卡方检验P <0 0 1)。
Objective To understand the isolation of bacteroidis fragilis (B.f) from children feces with diarrhea and healthy children. Collecting the clinical data for research the preliminarily action of B.f in children.Methods B.f was isolated and identified as descried previously and other common enteric pathogens were isolated and identified with the same fecal samples simultaneously according to the routine methods.Results It was shown that the isolation rate of B.f was significantly higher in the feces of diarrhea children than that of healthy children ( P <0.01).Conclusion B.f may be an enteric pathogen of children diarrthea.
