摘要
目的:了解我院住院患者用药情况及其合理性,为临床用药提供参考。方法:抽取2011年1—12月的出院病历,每个科室随机抽取10份,共3 720份出院病历,对其用药合理性进行统计、分析。结果:其中550份病历中发现有765处用药不合理,用药不合理现象主要为给药时间不当及用药时间过长、给药频次不合理、诊断与治疗药物不相符、联合用药不合理、选药不合理、药物剂量不合理、溶剂选择错误、配伍禁忌等。结论:我院存在着诸多的用药缺陷,需要管理部门和临床药师紧密配合,加大考核力度,促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and rationality of drug use in the inpatients of our hospital for reference of clinical drug use. METHODS ： A total of 3 720 medical records of patients discharged from hospital during Jan.-Dec. period of 2011 were randomly collected （10 from each department monthly）for statistical analysis regarding the rationality of drug use. RESULTS：The non-rational use of drugs was noted in 765 places in total 550 medical records. Then non-rational use of drugs manifested as improper drug administration time, prolonged duration of drug use, irrational frequency of drug administration, discrepancy between diagnosis and therapeutic drugs, irrational drug combination, irrational choice of drugs, irrational dosage, incorrect choice of solvents and incompatibility etc. CONCLUSION： The drug use in our hospital has many problems, thus close collaboration between management departments and clinical pharmacists is much needed to tighten checking so as to promote rational use of drugs.
