摘要
目的:调查某院中药注射剂的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:抽取某院2010年1～3月住院病历304份,对中药注射剂的使用情况进行调查统计分析。结果:中药注射剂在临床上存在联合用药不当、溶媒选择和用量不当、超剂量、超疗程、超适应证用药的现象。结论:中药注射剂不合理使用应引起重视,用药调查分析对指导临床合理用药有重要意义。
Objective ： To investigate the application status of traditional Chinese medicine injections in a certain hospital in order to promote their rational use. Method： 304 inpatient medical records were drawn out from January to March in 2010 for investigation and statistical analysis. Result： The medical records showed many irrational applications of traditional Chinese medicine injections, such as improper kind and amount of solvents, overdosage, over-long course of treatment, and improper indication. Conclusion ： Attention should be paid to rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections during the treatment. Medication analysis is the important means for promoting rational use of these medicines.
