摘要
目的 提高对原发性肺癌合并 Trousseau综合征的认识。方法 回顾性总结 1990年 1月～ 1999年 1月经我院诊治的 1792例原发性肺癌的临床资料。对合并 Trousseau综合征的病例进行分析。结果 1792例肺癌有 19例合并 Trousseau综合征 ,发生率 1.0 6 % (19/1792 ) ,其中小细胞肺癌的发生率为 0 .38% (2 /5 18) ,非小细胞肺癌的发生率为 1.33% (17/12 74)。实验室检查结果 ,凝血酶原时间 (PT) ,部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT) ,血浆纤维蛋白原 (FIB) ,血小板 (PL T)计数均有异常。结论 可能部分原发性肺癌存在血液高凝状态 ,易合并 Trousseau综合征。在化疗的同时加用肝素钠 (U FH)
Objective To improve the understanding of primary lung cancer complicated with Trousseau's syndrome.Methods Clinical data of 1792 inpatients during 1990 and 1999 were summarized and analysis was especially carried out about the cases with Trousseau's syndrome.Results The incidence rate of Trousseau's syndrome was 1.06 % (19/1792),and that of small cell lung cancer was 0.38% (2/518) and that of nonsmall cell lung cancer was 1.33 % (17/1274).Lab tests showed abnormality in PT,APTT,FIB and PLT in blood.Conclusion There exists the hypercoagulable state in blood for the parts of the primary lung cancer and it is easy to be complicated with Trousseau's syndrome.Chemotherapy applied together with UFH should result in better treatment effects.
