腘窝后内侧附加小切口腘绳肌腱切取法在膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨采用自体肌腱重建膝关节交叉韧带术中获取肌腱的有效方法。方法采用胭窝后内侧附加小切1：3胭绳肌腱切取法取胭绳肌腱于关节镜下重建膝关节交叉韧带20例。结果肌腱切取氏度平均（28±1．21）em，20例均获随访8～40周．无韧带松动、断裂等并发症。结论自体胭绳肌腱可用于膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建，且胭窝后内侧附加小切口腘绳肌腱切取法简单，易于掌握。
